・ Manufactured in 1993. The amount of damage is fitting, considering the year of manufacture, but the deck has no fluffiness or deterioration due to water.
・ A little bit covered with dirt and algae, due to being unattended. But not so much that it can’t be cleaned.
・ The rubber around the gunnels and front shield are deteriorated.
・ Start-up of windlass is unchecked.
・ Navigation lights are cracking.
・ Area around the bow rail support is cracking.
・ The removal of personal belongings could not be done at the time of taking the photos, but will be removed by the time of handing over the boat.

・ Dirt and mold inside cabin. Moldy life jackets and other items left scattered.
Bare floors, No bow cushion. Ceiling light unchecked. Light cover is broken, left as is.
・ Driver’s seat is aged and damaged. The rim of the roofing is cracking.
