●Overall condition
・Damaged due to age, dirt, peeling stickers. Seems cleanable if brushed thoroughly.
・damage from age around the gunnell area, cracking.
・scratches on the rub rail in 3 places, 2 to 3 cm near the center of the starboard
・cracking at the transom area of the port

●Deck area
・Manufactured in 1991. The amount of damage and cleanliness is fitting, considering the year of manufacture, but the deck has no fluffiness or deterioration due to water. Not too dirty, may appear a lot different if cleaned thoroughly.
　・Non slip marks on the fore, side and aft decks are wearing.
・windshield, side windows are aged, the frames have small scratches and cracks.
・Plating of the marine horn is peeling. No operation check.
・no wobbling or shaking on the bow pulpit
・No operation check of wind lass.
・No operation check of navigation lights
・The removal of personal belongings could not be done at the time of taking the photos, but will be removed by the time of handing over the boat.

●Driver’s seat・interior
・overall aged and damaged
・compass shield is cracked due to age.
・cabin lining is peeling, mold, traces of rain leak repair. No rain leaks at time of photo shoot.
・Bow cushion is dirty and molded
・no operation checks of cabin lights
・cabin conditions as listed above overall not in a clean state, peeling of wall paper and mold can be found. Thorough cleaning and new wallpaper is recommended.
・electricity system of the cabin room has not been checked.

●Ship bottom
・Overall damaged from age. Paint is peeling but there are no big cracks.
